B Complex: Vitamin B1 (thiamine) – 1.1 mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) – 1.4 mg, Vitamin B3 (niacin) – 16 mg, Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) – 6 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) – 1.4 mg, Vitamin B7 (biotin)- 50 µm, Vitamin B9 (folate)- 200 µm, Vitamin B12 (cobalamin)- 2.5 µm.

Vitamins B Complex  are supplied in individually sealed blisters from the factory, the right option for protection against moisture, oxidation, contamination or chemical interaction by isolating each capsule in its own cavity.
